The 44,362-square foot, Bernard Johnson Coliseum includes the addition of space for locker rooms, training rooms and storage as well as various MEP systems, flooring, and seating upgrades. The team was asked to master plan the future athletic facilities including Bower Stadium renovations and the construction of a new, 15,617 square-foot track and field/soccer stadium featuring space for throwing events, pole vault, high jump, discus, shot put and javelin. Additionally, a 1,269 square-foot sand volleyball facility, 1,809 square-feet of bowling space, 42,215 square-foot indoor tennis facility, indoor track facility, athletics administration and academics building, and over 117,000 square-feet of space for strength/ training, storage, weights, rehab/treatment areas, and practice field space was planned.
