Steve Padgett, AIA, LEEP AP

A Florida native and graduate of Clemson University, Steve was with Fawley Bryant in 2001 and made tremendous changes and elevated growth in the region. Steve was engaged in the firm’s operations and helped fuel the initial development and expansion of Fawley Bryant’s sports division, including projects for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Atlanta Braves, IMG Academy, and Gatorade Sports Science Institute. He worked with their government partners to lead their region forward including the Sarasota County Administrative Center and Bradenton Area Convention Center expansion. Steve is an active project architect who is passionate about the development of our community. Steve is now a Principal at Harvard Jolly | PBK.
